::bersukan yek::

kui..kui..ni 1st time berblog nih..entry kali ni ditujukan khas ntuk preggy mama di mane jua anda berade....
disebabkan joyah ni suke bersukan(zaman dulu2 la...skang dah pencen pon...) jom kite exercise 2gether..

okeh...memula Chest Muscle Exercise...buat cenggini yek...




pehtu lak, kite wat harmstring lift..



lagi kite wat Diagonal Knee and Arm Reach..




mmm..tu je la kot ntuk kali ni..lenkali den smbung lg ek..kuhik..kuhik..
